Description
Viral chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters are a delicious and easy treat that combines fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and rich chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/4 cups strawberries, diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips or chunks (milk or semi-sweet also work)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet (that fits in your freezer) with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
- Scoop 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet to form clusters.
- Freeze for 30–60 minutes, until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating both sides.
- Place back on the baking sheet, sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired, and freeze again until the chocolate sets (10–30 minutes).
- Store in the fridge for a softer texture or in the freezer for a firmer, ice-cream-like texture.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Works well with different types of chocolate.
