- 2 espresso shots, cooled
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1–2 teaspoons granulated sugar (or simple syrup), to taste
- 2/3 cup steamed milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- Ladyfinger biscuits (Savoiardi)
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate, for topping
Instructions
- Add the cocoa powder to a serving mug, then pour the hot espresso over it to help the cocoa dissolve and enhance the flavor.
- Sweeten the espresso mixture with sugar or simple syrup to taste, then pour in the steamed milk.
- In a small cup, combine the heavy cream, mascarpone, vanilla, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Froth using a handheld frother or mixer until light and airy.
- Pour the tiramisu cream over the coffee.
- Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, and a ladyfinger biscuit. Serve and enjoy.
