Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and water.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
