A quick and easy recipe for a delicious pizza grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on the unbuttered side of the bread.
- Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pepperoni.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.

- Use your favorite bread for a unique flavor.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
