Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on the unbuttered side of the bread.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pepperoni.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.
