Description
The best Crumbl cookies and cream milk shake cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with Oreo flavor.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2–1 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 mini Oreos for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and confectioners sugar until light and creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Scoop 8 equal dough balls onto the baking sheet and gently flatten to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 11–12 minutes. Cool on the sheet for 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- Beat butter until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar; whip until fluffy.
- Add cream if needed to thin. Mix in crushed Oreos.
- Frost cooled cookies and top with a mini Oreo if desired.
Notes
- Cookies or frosting can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
