Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
