Description
A flavorful stir fry combining steak and seafood with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz steak, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas; stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
