Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak, sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas; stir fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
