Description
A festive treat of cranberries coated in sugar for a sparkling presentation.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
- Add cranberries and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cranberries cool in syrup.
- Drain cranberries and roll in sugar until coated.
- Spread on a baking sheet to dry for an hour.

- Use fresh cranberries for best results.
- Store in an airtight container.
