Slow Cooker Magic: Maple & Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots is a simple and delicious side dish. The carrots are tender and coated in a sweet glaze.

- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the baby carrots.
- Place the carrots in the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper. Heat until the butter melts.
- Pour the mixture over the carrots.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir occasionally and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
