Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Sear the chicken in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. In the slow cooker, combine rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, and thyme.
