Delicious Samoa Truffles with caramel and coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix shredded coconut and crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
- Add caramel sauce and mix until combined.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each truffle in chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Try using dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by using less caramel if desired.
