Description

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake, spiced apple pie filling, and rich salted caramel, all on a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of apple pie filling on top of the cheesecake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade salted caramel sauce.
  • Serve with additional caramel sauce and whipped cream on top.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
