Description
A sweet and salty treat made with Ruffles potato chips and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 5 cups Ruffles potato chips (about 8 oz)
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Sea salt
- Cooking spray or extra butter (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Ruffles potato chips, gently breaking them as needed to coat well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan. Using a buttered spatula or lightly greased hands, press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Let the treats cool and set at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
Notes
- Work quickly when mixing the chips with the marshmallow mixture before it firms up.
- Lightly greasing your hands or spatula helps prevent sticking when pressing the mixture into the pan.
