Description

Delicious cookies filled with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 11 oz bag mini Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars in a large bowl.
  3. Add vanilla extract and egg, beat till well combined.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients.
  5. Roll dough into balls and place in well greased mini muffin pans.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Unwrap all the Reese’s while they bake.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately press a Reese’s in the middle of each cookie till even with the top.
  8. Let cool in pans for a few minutes before removing to cooling racks.
