Delicious Red Velvet Brownies with a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped (regular stuffed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
- Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until combined.
- Fold in the M&M’s and chopped Oreo pieces.
- Scoop the dough into 10 equal portions and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes. The centers will look soft but will continue to set as they cool.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For perfectly round cookies, gently swirl a large round cutter around each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.
