Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fill a donut pan with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Fill cooled donuts with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with chopped peanuts.
