Description

A simple and delicious one pan chicken dish served with buttered noodles.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add butter and let it melt.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  9. Return chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
