Description

Ingredients

  • 200g ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Coat each patty in panko breadcrumbs.

  5. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
