- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, arrange the fish fillets.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the fish fillets.
- Top the fish with cherry tomatoes and black olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
Notes
- Feel free to use any white fish fillets.
- For added flavor, marinate the fish for 30 minutes before baking.
