Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, mustard, sweetener, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing becomes smooth and well combined.
  3. Alternatively, blend all ingredients in a blender or shake everything together in a sealed jar until fully mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness if needed.
