Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced strawberries gently.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat together butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until fluffy.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and garnish with fresh strawberries.
