A simple recipe for homemade iced caramel coffee.
Ingredients
Scale
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling, optional)
- 1 oz caramel syrup (about 1½–2 tbsp, to taste)
- 8 oz cooled coffee or cold brew
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup half and half (or heavy cream or whole milk)
Instructions
- Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a tall glass (optional).
- Add ice to the glass.
- Pour in the caramel syrup and the cooled coffee or cold brew.
- Add the half and half.
- Stir well and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the caramel syrup to your preferred sweetness.
- Whole milk or heavy cream can be used instead of half and half.
