Ingredients

- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a rectangle and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Poke holes in the dough with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle rosemary on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
