Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine applesauce, cream cheese, apple cider, and vanilla.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
