Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
