Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
