Description
A fun and spooky treat for Halloween parties, these Eyeball Jello Shots are sure to delight your guests with their creepy appearance and delicious taste.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of vodka
- 1 package of green gelatin (3 oz)
- 1 package of blue gelatin (3 oz)
- 1 can of lychee fruit
- 1 can of blueberries
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in the green gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of vodka to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
- Once set, prepare the blue gelatin by repeating the same process with the blue gelatin and vodka.
- After the green layer has set, carefully pour the blue gelatin on top and refrigerate again until fully set.
- Once both layers are set, place a lychee fruit in each shot glass and add a blueberry in the center to create the eyeball effect.
- Garnish with whipped cream if desired and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka with additional water or juice.
- Make sure to let each layer set completely before adding the next layer.
- These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
