Description
Graham Cracker Toffee is a sweet and crunchy treat made with layers of graham crackers, buttery toffee, and chocolate.

- 1 package honey graham crackers
- 14 ounces milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- Arrange graham cracker sheets in a single layer to fully cover the bottom of the pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and pecans. Stir constantly and bring to a full boil. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and carefully pour the toffee mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately place chocolate pieces evenly over the hot toffee. Cover the pan with foil or a lid and let sit 5–10 minutes until chocolate melts.
- Spread melted chocolate smoothly over the top.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Can substitute white or dark chocolate, or drizzle white chocolate on top.
- Other base options include saltine crackers, club crackers, Ritz crackers, or pretzels.
- Sprinkle crushed candy, sprinkles, or candies on top before chocolate sets.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Freeze up to 3 months with parchment between layers.
