Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and cut into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
- Stir in cranberries and orange zest.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg together.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Turn dough out onto a floured surface and shape into a circle.
- Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve with butter or cream.
