  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth and milk; cook until thickened.
  5. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables.
  6. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  7. Cover with second pie crust; seal edges.
  8. Cut slits in top crust to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
