Description
A quick and simple dill pickle pasta salad that combines flavors of dill pickles and pasta.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced dill pickles and red onion.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust pickles according to your taste preference.
- Add more or less mayonnaise for desired creaminess.
