Description
This is an easy recipe for making meatballs using a crockpot and grape jelly.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
