- 1 can of cream-style corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 package of cornbread mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, cheese, melted butter, and cornbread mix.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
