A simple and delicious recipe for Teriyaki Chicken made in a crockpot with minimal effort.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli and bell peppers.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce and vegetables.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust the amount of honey for desired sweetness.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
