Description
Tender beef chops cooked with garlic and parmesan in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 beef chops
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season beef chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Sear the beef chops in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the seared beef chops to the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic and beef broth to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
