Ingredients

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season beef chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Sear the beef chops in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the seared beef chops to the crockpot.
  5. Add minced garlic and beef broth to the crockpot.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.
