Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Use convection or air fryer setting if possible. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil sprayed with cooking oil.
  2. Dry chicken thighs with paper towels to remove extra moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mix evenly over each thigh.
  5. Lay the chicken thighs on the pan, leaving a few inches of space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, using convection or air fryer setting if available. Check for doneness at 25 minutes for boneless thighs.
  7. Once the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, the chicken is fully cooked. Baste with juices from the pan.

Notes
