Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Add the spaghetti mixture on top of the sauce.
  7. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
