Instructions
- Boil gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add cooked gnocchi and mix to combine.
- Stir in crumbled feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
