  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
