A rich and creamy cranberry cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned cranberry sauce.
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
