  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 pumpkin pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by sautéing celery and onion in butter.
  3. Mix stuffing with chicken broth and seasonings.
  4. Stuff the turkey cavity with the prepared stuffing.
  5. Place turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  6. Roast turkey for approximately 3-4 hours.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
  8. Prepare mashed potatoes and green beans on the stovetop.
  9. Serve cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie as sides.
  10. Let turkey rest before carving and serving.
