  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the peach mixture over the batter, do not stir.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
