Ingredients

- 6 oz vanilla yogurt (dairy free or sugar free if desired)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
- sugar or sweetener of choice to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
- For a thicker smoothie, freeze the milk in an ice cube tray and blend with other ingredients.
