Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add marinated beef, cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and beef broth, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
