Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add marinated beef, cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and beef broth, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
