- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and stir in sour cream and milk.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
