Delicious caramel apple cheesecake bars that combine the flavors of creamy cheesecake, sweet caramel, and tart apples for a delightful dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- These bars can be served warm or chilled.
