- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In a saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
- Combine the browned butter and sugar in the bowl with the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
