Description

A spooky and fun dish perfect for Halloween, featuring spaghetti served with a rich tomato sauce and mozzarella balls that resemble eyeballs.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat.
  3. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add it to the saucepan with the marinara sauce.
  4. Toss the spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  5. To create the eyeballs, place a mozzarella ball on a plate and add a slice of black olive on top to resemble the pupil.
  6. Serve the spaghetti on a plate, and top with mozzarella eyeballs and chopped basil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
