Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add zucchini slices to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
- Place zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden.
