Description

A refreshing slush made from frozen apple cider Non-Alcoholic, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2½ cups frozen apple cider cubes Non-Alcoholic
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup cold apple cider Non-Alcoholic
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Apple slices (optional garnish)
  • Mini donuts (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Freeze apple cider in a sealed gallon bag laid flat for 3–4 hours or until solid. Break into chunks.
  2. Add frozen cider chunks, ice, cold apple cider, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If too thick, add a little more apple cider.
  • If too thin, add more frozen cider cubes or ice.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more brown sugar gradually.
  • Ice cream maker method: Churn 3 cups apple cider, ¼ cup brown sugar, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon for about 10 minutes until slushy.
