Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Place the patties in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and milk over the patties.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
