- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
- In a separate pan, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Mix beef, onions, beef broth, French onion soup, and pasta in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
